Public ballot Wimbledon

Late November may well not seem the correct time for ideas to turn to Wimbledon, but time is running out to join up into the public ballot for tickets to next year's occasion

Along with Andy Murray and the other countries in the Uk targeting Davis Cup glory this weekend in Belgium, there could be much more need than usual for seats for the 2016 event in SW19.

But people who wish view famous brands Murray, Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer doing his thing the following year the full time to do something has become, as the most practical way to get your hands on passes is by people ballot, which closes in just a couple weeks.

Types can be had by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: AELTC, PO Box 98, London, SW19 5AE. They are able to be gathered in person from All England Club up until 15 December. Only one is permitted per family.

The ballot is often oversubscribed and it is something of a lottery. Candidates will have to wait until February at the very first to discover exactly what, if any, chairs they are allocated. The ballots take place until per week prior to the Championships begin.
