The book has showcased when you look at the Telegraph and constant Mail, and it is an inspirational and positive party of positive eating, full of tasty and healthy recipes that encourage the usage of good animal fats, grass-fed meat and dairy, plus sprouted, cultured, fermented and triggered foods and products, alongside local and seasonal produce.
Sauerkraut is fermented sour cabbage and it is probably the easiest way to see just how easy it is to create your very own fermented vegetables.
Places when it comes to workshop, which operates from 6.30pm to 8pm at store in Fulham Broadway, are restricted and value £10. Each visitor will receive a £10 coupon to redeem against a signed copy of Eat Appropriate.
